Currently ordering from call is only limited to ‘invite only’ customers. You can place the order by calling the number provided. 

Home delivery option is for ‘invite only‘ customers currently. We will soon make it available for all the cutomers in the area serviceable by us.

Yes, we provide same day delivery but we are currently serving in a limited area as of now. If we are not able to serve, we will inform you before you place the order.

We are serviceable in the finite area. The area currently have small radius and subject to change at the discretion of owner.

Yes, we accept orders by call. But it is currently limited to ‘invite only‘ customers. You can call the number provided and mention your name & address and list down your items.

Yes, your order value must be greater than rs1500 to be eligible for home delivery.

The orders can be taken between 11am and 2pm during the day.

There is no delivery slot as such but you can expect your orders will be delivered between 6pm and 9pm during the evening.

There is no delivery charge for the orders fulfilling the minimum order value. Self pick-up is available for order less than minimum order value.

Home delivery and self pick-up at store are available.

You can change delivery type only for orders eligible for home delivery.

Cash payments and UPI payments are available.

You can make changes to your order by calling the same number and providing your name and order number. If order is out for delivery, then it cannot be change.

We will inform you right away when you list your items to us.

No, we currently don’t have system to provide our customer to re-order from previous orders. We encourage you to list down the items once again.

After taking the order, we will recite the items back to you so that you are assured that all your items are listed down by us.

When we deliver our order, we make sure that we match the items in the list in front of you so that you are assured no items are left. Even if you are not satisfied, you can always call us for the queries regarding the order you received.

You can cancel your order but if the order is out for delivery then it cannot be cancelled. Also, there are efforts goes into preparing your order, so taking that into consideration, if you cancel after we have prepared your order you will be charged rs50.

As delivery is done during certain period of the day. Self pick-up allows you to receive your order anytime you want during the business hours of the store.

Yes, someone else can collect your order on your behalf provided that he/she has the order number and transaction id of the payment done for the respective order.

Cod is available only for self pick-up only as of now.
